So this week we had our first 2 "tests of our knowledge." They were quizzes in Clinical Pathology & Food Safety. The Clin Path one was quite fair & was straight from his notes. Now on the other hand...Food Safety was horrible. We were told there would be no dates to worry about & there were 2 questions with dates. Also, we were asked some bizzare question about assessing risks/hazards. I'm kinda curious to see what the grades will be on the latter. Also, in Food Safety we had a speaker that was so hard to understand that when he compared the Capillaria egg to looking like a penis only a few students laughed...or maybe he said peanut?! I dunno.
